iND83212 Three-Way RGB LED Driver IC

indie Semiconductor iND83212 Three-Way RGB LED Driver IC is an automotive-grade device with an integrated 32-bit Arm® Cortex® M0 processor, 64kB of Flash, and 16kB of SRAM, creating a single-chip solution for interior lighting systems. The IC includes a flexible power management system, 3x open-drain LED I/O drivers running up to VBAT with programmable current, 16-bit PWM, monitoring features, and external interfaces. Designed to be connected directly to the automotive supply, the iND83212 withstands a 45V load dump from the car battery. An integrated power management unit implements two on-chip voltage regulators, with one of them requiring an external capacitor.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
