SFM3003 Digital Mass Flow Meters
Sensirion SFM3003 Digital Mass Flow Meters are versatile, bidirectional flow meters with low pressure drop, ultra-fast response time, and optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). These next-generation flow meters feature Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology and an easily integrable digital I2C interface. The signal is internally linearized and temperature compensated. Sensirion SFM3003 Digital Mass Flow Meters are based on the same form factor as the SFM3000 series and offer a larger flow range of up to 300 standard liters per minute (SLM). The SFM3003 series provides additional features for measuring flows of air, oxygen, and air/oxygen mixtures.
