AQ24CANFD 200W TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse AQ24 Series 200W TVS Diode Array is designed to protect automotive Controller Area Network (CAN) lines from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient (EFT), and other overvoltage transients. The AQ24CANFD from Littelfuse can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation and safely withstands 3A surge (8/20 waveshape as defined in IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition) at very low clamping voltages.

ESD Protection Solutions

Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations.

In-Vehicle Communication Solutions

Littelfuse provides a wide portfolio of fuses, diode arrays, and suppressors suitable for in-vehicle communication applications. TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes

Littelfuse Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes are capable of production part approval processes (PPAP) with a single origin flow from wafer creation and testing to tape and reel. These AEC-Q101 qualified diodes offer durable protection for current and emerging automotive technologies.
