CMAD6001 Switching Diode

Central Semiconductor's CMAD6001 is an ultra-low leakage switching diode in a SOD-923 package. Ideal for applications in which very small size and operational efficiency are required, the high-quality 100V, 250mA diode has an extremely low leakage current (IR) of 0.5nA max. and low capacitance of 2.0pF max. The device utilizes 55% less board space and is 0.41mm high, making it ideal for industrial and telecom designs.
