Comchip Technology US8xC-HF Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers feature a reverse voltage range of 50V to 1000V, an 8A forward current, and a maximum recovery time of 50ns to 80ns. These glass-passivated devices are offered in compact, low-profile, surface-mounted SMC/DO-214AB packages well suited for automated assembly.
