S1GM & S1JM Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor S1GM and S1JM Surface Mount Rectifiers feature glass passivated chip junction and are ideal for automated placement. The surface mount rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop and come in a matte tin-plated leads terminal. These S1GM and S1JM surface mount rectifiers operate from 400V to 600V reverse voltage and -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range. The S1GM and S1JM surface mount rectifiers are RoHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. Typical applications include a converter, freewheeling, LED lighting, and adapters.
