MEAN WELL RPS Medical Power Supplies are designed to meet the requirements of built-in, high-output wattage power supplies in medical and biochemical inspection instruments. These reliable, compact modules offer 2x MOPP isolation levels and comply with ANSI/AAMI ES60601 -1 and IEC/BS EN/EN60601-1 regulations. MEAN WELL RPS Medical Power Supplies offer up to 94% efficiency (depending on model), no-load power consumption, and an operating temperature range of -20°C or -30°C to +70°C.

MEAN WELL RPS-300 Series Power Supplies are designed to comply with international medical safety standards (MOPP level). The series features low leakage current (≤300µA at 264V_AC) making it suitable for patient-contact equipment. The 300W high power density modules have built-in active PFC function and 90V_AC to 264V_AC full input range. With efficiency up to 93%, the devices can provide 200W continuously up to 50ºC with free air convection(300W with 20.5 CFM forced air). MEAN WELL RPS-300 Series Power Supplies feature a built-in remote ON/OFF control and 5V/1A standby output provide no load power consumption of <0.5/w, making the series ideal for "green mode" medical equipment.
