onsemi NTMFSC PowerTrench® MOSFETs deliver low R_DS(on) while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely low junction-to-ambient thermal resistance (θ_JA). This is possible due to the advancements in silicon and Dual Cool™ package technologies. These onsemi PowerTrench MOSFETs come in 100% UIL-tested and RoHS-compliant DFN-8 packaging.
