MC74VHCT373A Latches

onsemi MC74VHCT373A Latches are high-speed CMOS octal latches with 3-state output fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These D-type latches achieve high-speed operation similar to equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. The MC74VHCT373A inputs are compatible with TTL levels, and these devices can be used as a level converter for interfacing 3.3V to 5V. These devices' output structures provide protection when VCC = 0V. The MC74VHCT373A latches operate at a 4.5V to 5.5VDC supply voltage. These devices are Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. The MC74VHCT373A latches are used in digital systems for data buffering and isolation, address latching, data registers, and interfacing.
