Low Power Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps include several series covering different voltage ranges. The portfolio features a large variety of power consumption and gain bandwidth combinations. STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps solutions include widely used devices, but also provide upgrade options. These include better accuracy, a standby feature, and small packages.

Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers features micropower consumption, zero drift, rail to rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage, and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. LMX3 Low Voltage Rail-to-Rail Op Amps

STMicroelectronics LMX3 Low Voltage Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifiers are a set of single, dual and quad low-voltage, general-purpose operational amplifiers. These devices can operate from 2.3V to 5.5V with a typical current consumption of 120μA per channel. The LMX3 series offers a rail-to-rail output and an input common-mode voltage that includes ground. The LMX3 series also exhibits a 1.3MHz gain bandwidth and can drive capacitive loads. The devices are stable while operating at unity gain. They are offered with industry standard pinouts in tiny packages.

Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current.
