IRSM836 Integrated Power Module

Infineon IRSM836 Integrated Power Module is designed for advanced appliance motor drive applications such as energy efficient fans and pumps. IR IRSM836 is a 2A to 3A, 500BVSS IPM offering a compact AC motor-driver in an isolated package. It offers a combination of IR's low RDS(on) Trench MOSFET technology and a 3-phase high voltage driver in a small 12x12mm PQFN package.
