Industrial Motor Drives

onsemi Industrial Motor Drives are designed for global sustainability, supplying efficient, renewable technologies and intelligent power. According to the 2020 Motor System Market Analysis (MSMA), published by the US Department of Energy (DOE), industrial pumps and drives annually consume almost 15% of the total US grid. Motion SPM® 45 Modules

onsemi Motion Smart Power Modules (SPM®) 45 are advanced motion modules that provide a very compact and high-performance inverter solution for AC Motor Drives. These modules combine low-loss short-circuit rated IGBTs and optimized gate drivers in a fully isolated package to deliver a simple and robust design. The SPM 45 modules offer high-speed built-in High Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) that provides optocoupler-less single-supply IGBT gate driving capability.

Motion SPM® Modules

onsemi / Fairchild Motion SPM® Modules integrate drive and protection circuitry into a single package. These modules simplify and accelerate designs and optimize efficiency.
