These suppressors feature up to 24V reverse stand-off voltage range and up to 130W peak pulse power range. The ESDxVFMFHT106 transient voltage suppressors are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in a SOT-323 package. These transient voltage suppressors are ideal for ESD protection/surge protection.
