CMDFSHCx-100 Silicon Schottky Rectifiers

Central Semiconductor CMDFSHCx-100 Silicon Schottky Rectifiers are designed as 3A and 5A, 100V Schottky rectifiers that are mounted in a durable epoxy surface mount case. These rectifiers are available in the low-profile SMC DFN package utilizing passivated silicon die. The CMDFSHCx-100 silicon Schottky rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop and offer improved thermal efficiency. These rectifiers operate at the -55°C to 125°C temperature range and are RoHS and REACH compliant. Typical applications include boost converter, Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost converter, solar cell reverse blocking, and high power rectification.
