MEMS Gyroscopes

Analog Devices MEMS gyroscopes are designed to reliably detect and measure the angular rate of an object in severe and complex operating conditions. The MEMS gyroscope portfolio provides an analog and digital output, high vibration & shock immunity, and temperature sensitivity control to 25ppm/°C. Designers can use the ADI MEMS gyroscopes to measure an object's rotation in °/sec over a wide dynamic range and bandwidth.

Sensor Solutions

Analog Devices (ADI) sensor solutions include MEMS accelerometers, MEMS gyroscopes, MEMS inertial measurement units (IMUs), optical sensors, anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) sensors, temperature sensors, and Hall effect sensors.
