74AHCT245 Bus Transceivers

Nexperia 74AHCT245 Bus Transceivers are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices with an Output Enable (OE) and send/receive (DIR) for direction control. These 8-bit octal bus transceivers are designed to operate over a VCC range from 4.5V to 5.5V. The Nexperia 74AHCT245 bus transceiver inputs are TTL compatible, which allows the device to translate from 3.3V to 5V. The Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times.
