High Durability Direct-to-PCB Battery Terminals

TE Connectivity's High Durability Direct-to-PCB Battery Terminals maintain performance for up to 10,000 mating cycles, which helps to achieve longer product lifetimes. The nickel-plated copper alloy terminals feature an ergonomic Low Insertion Force (LIF) design that allows easy battery pack attachment and detachment. The battery terminals help to prevent misalignment prior to PCB soldering, making the assembly process much easier. The option to design customized terminals with different electrical and mechanical ratings and customized multi-position housings meets industry-standard flammability and operating temperature requirements. These high-durability direct-to-PCB battery pack terminals are used in E-mobility, lawn tools, small home appliances, and power tools.
