Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs are offered in a variety of dielectric series. The X5R capacitors offer high capacitance values up to 100µF and are well suited for decoupling and filtering applications. Y5V capacitors are formulated for general-purpose use in a limited temperature range. C0G(NPO) capacitors offer one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. The U series RF/Microwave C0G(NPO) capacitors are designed for ultra-low ESR for applications in the communications market. KYOCERA AVX X7R capacitors are called temperature-stable ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials. 

0603 High Capacitance High Voltage MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX 0603 High Capacitance High Voltage MLCCs offer a high capacitance, high voltage MLCC product line in 0603 case size. Additional sizes are also available: 0201, 0306, 0402, and 0508. KYOCERA AVX offers a variety of dielectric series for the standard commercial-grade MLCCs: X5R, Y5V, C0G(NPO), X7R, and U series. The X5R capacitors offer high capacitance values up to 100µF and are well suited for decoupling and filtering applications. The Y5V capacitors are formulated for general-purpose use in a limited temperature range. The C0G(NPO) series offers one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. These MLCCs provide tight tolerances as well as C0G (NP0) characteristics and voltage variation. KYOCERA AVX U Series capacitors are available in 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1210 EIA chip sizes with a 0.2pF to 10µF capacitance range.
