Banner Engineering Q5X Photoelectric Sensors are high-power, multi-function laser sensors. These sensors solve the most challenging distance-based applications, even at acute angles. The Q5X sensors background-suppression laser is a powerful, problem-solving sensor in an industry-standard rectangular housing. These best-in-class laser sensors are available with ranges from 50mm to 10m, are easy to use, and provide reliable detection of the most challenging targets. The Q5X sensors are used in material handling, packaging, lumber and construction, and automotive.

- Dual teach mode measures both distance plus light intensity for challenging applications
- -10°C to 50°C operating conditions and 35% to 95% relative humidity
