ams OSRAM NanEyeM Miniature Camera Modules
ams OSRAM NanEyeM Miniature Camera Modules are miniature-sized image sensors for vision applications where small size is a critical factor. These modules feature a 320 x 320 resolution with highly sensitive 2.4μ pixels, with large full well capacitance. The module features a small footprint of just 1mm2. The NanEyeM miniature camera modules have a high frame rate and a smooth, low-delay display over a wide range of standard interfaces. These modules include a 10-bit ADC and a bit-serial LVDS data interface and can drive the signal through a cable length of up to 3m. The NanEyeM miniature camera modules can be used in applications such as medical endoscopy, intraoral scanning, surgical robotics, and industrial endoscopy.Features
