Analog Devices Inc. LT3999 Demo Board DC2049A

Analog Devices Inc. LT3999 Demo Board DC2049A features an example isolated power supply circuit, based on the LT3999 DC-DC Transformer Driver, in a 10-lead MSOP package. The LT3999 Demo Board DC2049A employs a push-pull topology that inherently provides a low-noise solution. The design suits noise-sensitive systems such as medical instruments, industrial sensing and control, data conversion, and wideband communications. The LT3999 Demo Board DC2049A also includes the LT3065 and LT3090 Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators, further reducing output noise.

Analog Devices LT3999 Demo Board DC2049A produces an isolated 12VOUT and –12VOUT at up to 200mA each from a 10V to 15.5V input voltage range. This board can be modified, by changing the transformer (and duty cycle), to produce other output voltages. The LT3999 Demo Board DC2049A features a small transformer, small inductors, and capacitors that work at a 1MHz switching frequency.
