iC-NZN N-Type Laser Diode Driver

iC-Haus iC-NZN N-Type Laser Diode Driver allows CW operation and spike-free switching with defined current pulses up to 155MHz. The optical output power of this laser diode is set by means of an external resistor (RMD/PMD). The iC-NZN laser diode driver features optional current control (ACC), laser current limitation, and low current consumption sleep-mode <50µA. This driver supports blue laser diodes and LVDS/TTL switching input with TTL monitor output. The iC-NZN laser diode driver provides an error signal output for overtemperature, undervoltage, and overcurrent conditions. This driver offers strong transient suppression with small external capacitors. Typical applications include pulsed and CW laser diode modules, laser diode pointers, laser levels, bar-code readers, distance measurement, and blue laser diodes.
