TXB0106/TXB0106-Q1 Level-Shift & Volt Translators

Texas Instruments TXB0106/TXB0106-Q1 Level-Shifting and Voltage Translators are 6-bit non-inverting translators that utilize two separate configurable power-supply rails. The A port accepts any supply voltage from 1.2V to 3.6V and is designed to track the VCCA voltage. The B port accepts any supply voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V and is designed to track the VCCB voltage. This feature allows for universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between any of the voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V). The VCCA voltage must not exceed the VCCB voltage.
