SN74LVC1G06/SN74LVC1G06-Q1 Inverter Buffer/Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G06/SN74LVC1G06-Q1 Single Inverter Buffer/Drivers with Open-Drain Output are developed for 1.65V to 5.5V V_CC operation and come in NanoFree packaging. The NanoFree packaging offers a major development by using the die as the package. Active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions are implemented by the open drain output connecting through other outputs. The device offers ±24mA Output Drive at 3.3V for open-drain devices, low 10µA maximum power consumption, and a maximum sink current of 32mA. The Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G06/SN74LVC1G06-Q1 utilizes I_off circuitry to disable outputs when the device is powered down, inhibiting current backflow and preventing damage. The SN74LVC1G06/SN74LVC1G06-Q1 is fully specified for partial-power-down applications by applying the I_off circuitry. The SN74LVC1G06-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
