SN74ACT04/SN74ACT04-Q1 Hex Inverter

Texas Instruments SN74ACT04/SN74ACT04-Q1 Hex Inverter with TTL-compatible inputs supports up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. This inverter features a continuous ±24mA output drive at 5V and drives 50Ω transmission lines. The SN74ACT04/SN74ACT04-Q1 inverter operates within the 4.5V to 5.5V voltage range. This inverter is available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74ACT04-Q1 inverter is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This inverter is used to invert a digital signal, drive an indicator LED, and synchronize inverted clock inputs.
