DLP3034-Q1 0.3" WVGA Digital Micromirror Device

Texas Instruments DLP3034-Q1 Automotive 0.3" WVGA Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) is primarily targeted for transparent window display applications. This chipset can be coupled with 405nm illumination sources (LEDs or lasers) in an optical projection system to project onto windows embedded with emissive phosphor films. When these transparent emissive films are excited with 405nm light from a Texas Instruments DLP3034-Q1 projector, the window becomes a display emitting light in the visible spectrum. This chipset also enables high-power optical systems with a wide dynamic range and fast switching speeds that do not vary with temperature.

DLP® Devices

Texas Instruments DLP® technology enables innovative optical solutions that disrupt existing end equipment and create new markets. The DLP chip, or Digital Micromirror Device (DMD), is an array of micromirrors that can be used for high-speed, efficient, and reliable spatial light modulation. Not only a leader in consumer projection, but DLP is also redefining industrial, medical, telecom, security, and many other applications. This technology helps customers reduce design cycles and deliver disruptive products.
