SHC Series AC Output Solid State Relays

Teledyne Relays SHC Series AC Output Solid State Relays (SSRs) feature an LED indication, a built-in varistor, and an output rating of up to 100A. These single-phase relays have an antiparallel thyristor output that offers multiple application possibilities, and they can be used for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads with both zero cross and random switching. Zero cross technology allows the relays to switch ON when the sinusoidal curve crosses zero and OFF when the current crosses zero. The random turn-on relay with DC control input can be utilized for phase control. SHC series relays have a built-in varistor that secures transient protection for heavy industrial applications and an LED that indicates the status of the control input. Teledyne Relays SHC Series AC Output SSRs include a clip-on cover that offers touch protection up to IP20, and the protected output terminals can handle cables up to 16mm.
