These MOSFETs feature ultra-low on-resistance and wettable flank leads for enhanced AOI. The N-Channel Power MOSFETs are halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and 100% UIS and Rg tested. Typical applications of N-channel power MOSFETs include DC-DC converters, load switches, solenoids, and motor drivers.
