TQMx Automotive Power MOSFETs

Taiwan Semiconductor TQMx Automotive Power MOSFETs are designed by trench technology for single and dual channels. These P dual channels are compatible with conventional PDFN packages. These MOSFETs feature a flat lead package suitable for compact designs with good thermal performance and a Wettable Flank (WF) for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). The Taiwan Semiconductor TQMx MOSFET family qualifies for the AEC-Q101 standards to meet the high-performance requirement for automotive applications. These power MOSFETs operate at -55°C to 175°C and are halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21. Typical applications include 12V automotive systems, solenoid and motor control, automotive transmission control, and DC-DC converters.

TQM0xNH04CR Power MOSFETs

Taiwan Semiconductor TQM0xNH04CR Power MOSFETs are AEC-Q101-qualified single N-channel MOSFETs. These power MOSFETs offer excellent FOM and wettable flank leads for enhanced AOI. The N-channel power MOSFETs are 100% UIS and Rg tested and operate at 175°C junction temperature. These power MOSFETs feature 40V drain-source voltage and 400A pulse drain current and come in a PDFN56U package. The TQM0xNH04CR power MOSFETs are halogen-free and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include automotive applications, solenoid and motor drivers, and DC-to-DC converters.

40V N-Channel Power MOSFETs

Taiwan Semiconductor 40V N-Channel Power MOSFETs are designed to operate on PerFET™ power transistor technology and operate at 40V Drain Source Voltage (V_DS). These MOSFETs feature ultra-low on-resistance and wettable flank leads for enhanced AOI. The N-Channel Power MOSFETs are halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and 100% UIS and Rg tested. Typical applications of N-channel power MOSFETs include DC-DC converters, load switches, solenoids, and motor drivers.
