PU4BBH & PU4DBH Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PU4BBH and PU4DBH Surface Mount Rectifiers are designed with Planar technology. These rectifiers feature low power loss, high efficiency, and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The PU4BBH and PU4DBH ultra-fast rectifiers operate at 100V to 200V peak voltage and 4A forward current. These surface mount rectifiers are ideal for automated placement and are RoHS compliant, Halogen-free, with an MSL-1 rating. Typical applications include high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber.
