STMicroelectronics TN3050H 30A-1200V Automotive Grade SCR Thyristors are designed for applications like automotive and stationary battery chargers. These SCR Thyristors are rated for 30A RMS power switching and offer superior performances in peak voltage robustness up to 1400V. The TN3050H can handle surge current up to a 300A sine wave pulse.
