The STMicroelectronics rectifiers range from 15V to 200V and from 1A to 240A, covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment. These STMicroelectronics devices are avalanche-specified for improved ruggedness. The devices feature a broad range of package offerings, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines and the PowerFLAT™ package.
