STPMIC25 Highly Integrated Power Management ICs

STMicroelectronics STPMIC25 Highly Integrated Power Management ICs are designed for low power and high efficiency in STM32MP2x MPU family applications. The STMicroelectronics STPMIC25 ICs integrate advanced low-power features controlled by a host processor via I2C and IO interfaces. The regulators supply power to the application processor and external peripherals like DDR and flash memories. Seven buck SMPS provides excellent transient response and voltage precision across various operating conditions, with high efficiency achieved through low power mode (LPM) and high power mode (HPM) selection. A smooth transition from LPM to HPM is ensured, with converters using advanced PWM phase shift synchronization and programmable spread spectrum frequency modulation to reduce EMI.
