SMC SM15TY 1500W Transil™

The Planar technology makes it compatible with high-end circuits where low leakage current and high junction temperature are required to provide reliability and stability over time. Automotive Power-Rail TVS Devices

STMicroelectronics Automotive Power-Rail TVS Devices protect sensitive automotive circuits against surges and ESD discharges. They are used in applications for smart junction boxes, relay protection, and power-line protection. Features include ISO 7637-2 pulse 5A and 5B standard-compliant against surges, IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO 10605 compliant against electrostatic discharges, and automotive grade qualified with additional automotive surge testing. These devices are produced using automotive-grade processes and are qualified to AEC-Q101, and they are identified with the Y extension in the part number for the automotive version of the given protection device.
