ZKU Conductive Polymer Aluminum Capacitors

Panasonic ZKU Conductive Polymer Aluminum Capacitors feature high capacitance, an endurance of 4000h at +125°C, and AEC-Q200 compliance. These aluminum capacitors combine the advantages of electrolytic capacitors with solid polymer capacitors for reliant and across-the-board solutions in automotive and industrial applications. The ZKU conductive polymer capacitors operate at -55°C to +125°C temperature range and 25VDC to 35VDC rated voltage range. These aluminum capacitors with hybrid technology offer low leakage current and long life in combination with low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) in smaller case sizes. Panasonic ZKU conductive polymer capacitors include high endurance ratings and are available in vibrant variants that can withstand shocks of as much as 30G. These aluminum capacitors are ideal for use in DC/DC converters, AC/DC converters, under-the-hood applications, and DC side of both inverter and rectifier circuits.

Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Panasonic Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors combine the benefits of electrolytic and polymer capacitor technologies. This combination achieves high ripple current and low ESR with low leakage current and high-reliability performance, contributing to miniaturization and high reliability of equipment. The AEC-Q200 qualified components feature an electrolyte fused with conductive polymer and electrolyte liquid. The capacitors are offered in a wide voltage range from 25VDC to 80VDC, 10µF to 470µF rated capacitance, an ESR range from 20mΩ to 120mΩ, and a ripple current range of 0.5ARMS to 4.0ARMS. These Panasonic hybrid capacitors are suitable for automotive equipment and base stations, which need compact and high-reliability components.
