NPS4001 & NPS4069 55mΩ Load Switches

Nexperia NPS4001 and NPS4069 55mΩ Load Switches are 5.5V load switches designed for applications up to 2A. The Nexperia switches maintain a constant current output using a constant-current mode, activating when the load exceeds the current limit or short-circuits. Additionally, the devices feature an internal voltage comparator to safeguard devices on the input side by disabling the switch when the output voltage exceeds the input. The FLG pin signals overcurrent, over temperature, and reverse voltage with an active low output.
