NT Dual Supply Translating Transceivers

NXP Semiconductors NTS0102 and NTB0102 / NTB0104 Dual Supply Translating Transceivers with auto direction sensing enable bidirectional voltage level translation. These transceivers feature a wide supply voltage range, and the inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V. The NTS0102 variant provides 50Mbps maximum push-pull and features two 2-bit input-output ports, one output enable input, and two supply pins. The NTB0102 modules feature two 2-bit input-output ports, one output enable input, and two supply pins, and the NTB0104 devices feature two data input-output ports, one output enable input, and two supply pins. These NXP transceivers are ideal for use in IC/SMBus, UART, and GPIO applications.

NTS Dual Supply Translating Transceivers

NXP Semiconductors NTS Dual Supply Translating Transceivers offer bidirectional voltage level translation for various applications. NXP Semiconductors NTS transceivers have a 2-bit, dual supply design. The devices feature two input-output ports, an output enable input and two supply pins that allow for a wide range of voltage options. The transceivers have VCC(A) and VCC(B) supply pins supplied at any voltage between 1.65V to 3.6V and 2.3V to 5.5V. The device's IOFF circuitry ensures safe and effective partial-power-down operations, protecting equipment from damaging backflow currents.

NXP NTS010x Translating Transceivers

NXP NTS010x Translating Transceivers are 1, 2, or 4-bit dual supply translating transceivers with auto direction sensing. The NTS010x enables bidirectional voltage level translation. It features two input-output ports (A and B), one output enables input (OE), and two supply pins VCC(A) and VCC(B). VCC(A) can be supplied at any voltage between 1.65V and 3.6V. VCC(B) can be supplied at any voltage between 2.3V and 5.5V. This feature makes the device suitable for translating between any of the voltage nodes (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V). An IOFF circuit provides a partial power-down mode and disables the output to prevent damaging backflow current when the NXP NTS010x is powered down.
