Mini-Fit Connector Family

Molex Mini-Fit Jr. and Mini-Fit Plus Power Connectors deliver up to 9.0A and 13.0A respectively. Blind-mating and terminal position assurance options offer a versatile connector system for a wide range of applications.

Mini-Fit Sigma Connectors & Pre-Crimped Leads

Molex Mini-Fit Sigma Connectors and Pre-Crimped Leads feature terminal position assurance (TPA) with a secondary locking feature to reduce assembly error. Connector terminals are fully sealed to prevent end-product failure. The Molex Mini-Fit Sigma components provide up to an 11.5A maximum current and 600VAC/DC maximum voltage. Pre-crimped leads offer female-to-female and female-to-pigtail configurations in 75mm to 450mm lengths, ideal for wire-to-wire use. Molex Mini-Fit Sigma applications include automotive, commercial vehicle, consumer, data/communications, home appliance, industrial automation, medical, and telecommunications/networking.

Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors

Molex Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors offer terminal position assurance (TPA) with a secondary locking feature. This reduces assembly error and ensures the terminals are fully seated and will not back out. A positive-lock receptacle offers an audible click while mating, preventing the mated connector assemblies from accidentally disengaging. Fully isolated header pins and plug and receptacle terminals protect contacts against potential damage during handling and mating. Molex Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors are compatible with existing Mini-Fit Jr. headers and plugs to incorporate TPA2.0 designs, removing the need to change both sides of the interface or to make significant revisions or investments in applications. Ideal applications include data/communications, automotive, industrial automation, and home appliances.

Fit Family Connectors

Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide power delivery and power distribution in wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. Molex Fit power connectors range from the 2.50mm pitch Nano-Fit to the 5.7mm pitch Mega-Fit connectors. These off-the-shelf connectors can be modified, customized, or adapted to meet virtually any application need.
