SST-10-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LEDs

Luminus Devices SST-10-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LEDs feature built-in ESD protection and low thermal resistance. These LEDs are suitable for all SMT assembly methods. The SST-10-IRD dual junction LEDs operate up to 1.5A CW and 5A pulse. These LEDs offer 6W power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, and 5.3°C/W thermal resistance. Luminus Devices SST-10-IRD Dual Junction LEDs function at  115°C junction temperature. These LEDs are ideal for iris and face recognition, license plate scanning, automotive sensing, machine vision, and night vision.
