Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within the limit. The P-02AAL thyristors from Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, single-port protection, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings. The modified TO-220 packaged components are RoHS compliant.
