300°C Series Platinum Sensors with Wires

Innovative Sensor Technology 300°C Series Platinum Sensors with Wires provide long-term stability and low self-heating benefits. The series operates in a -200°C to +300°C temperature range. These temperature sensors feature a high-purity platinum meander, structured on a ceramic substrate via the photolithography process. The resistivity is laser-trimmed and accurately adjusted to the final value. The resistive structure is covered with a glass passivation layer to protect the sensors from chemical and mechanical damage. The welded 10mm long lead wires are covered with an additional fixation layer. The sensor dimensions are 2mm x 2mm x 0.65mm / 1.3mm (L x W x H / H2). Innovative Sensor Technology 300°C Series Platinum Sensors offer 100Ω nominal resistance at 0°C, 3850ppm/K characteristics curve, and an A or B tolerance class (dependent on temperature range).

600°C Series Platinum Sensors with Wires

Innovative Sensor Technology 600°C Series Platinum Sensors with Wires are designed for high temperatures and provide long-term stability. These sensors are vibration and temperature-shock resistant. The compact series offers low self-heating and a fast response time. Additional features include 100Ω to 2000Ω nominal resistance at 0°C, 3850ppm/K characteristics curve, and a Pt-cladded Ni-wire connection with 0.2mm diameter. Innovative Sensor Technology 600°C Series Platinum Sensors with Wires operate in a temperature range from -200°C to +600°C.

ESD-Optimized RTD Platinum Temperature Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology ESD-Optimized RTD Platinum Temperature Sensors are designed to withstand Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) events to maintain production yield during testing and assembly processes. These sensors feature outstanding ESD resistance of Pt100Ω and Pt1000Ω temperature sensors that boast a high resistance. The ESD-Optimized RTD platinum temperature sensors come with an additional feature where the PW sensor is available in round ceramic housing. These temperature sensors are suitable for electric motors, charging cables, current transformers, and batteries.
