PSOC™ 4 HV PA (High Voltage Precision Analog) MCUs

Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 4 High Voltage Precision Analog (HV PA) MCUs are fully integrated programmable embedded systems for battery monitoring and management. The AEC-Q100-qualified devices feature an Arm® Cortex® M0+ processor and programmable/reconfigurable analog/digital blocks. The 32-QFN packaged (with wettable flanks) PSOC 4 HV PA microcontrollers operate within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and offer 128KByte code flash with ECC protection.

PSOC™ 4 Arm® Cortex®-M0 Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 4 Arm® Cortex®-M0 Microcontrollers feature the low-power Cortex-M0 core combined with PSOC's programmable mixed-signal hardware IP, resulting in a flexible and scalable low-power mixed-signal architecture. Combine the PSOC 4 with PSOC Creator™ to create unique designs, shorten development schedules, and accelerate time-to-market.​ Functions such as capacitive touch, analog sensor integration, and wireless connectivity are integrated and optimized in PSOC 4. The Infineon PSOC Creator IDE software is an easy-to-use IDE that introduces a schematic entry design methodology. This software can also be used to develop with the programmable PSOC 4 architecture and configure peripherals such as capacitive sensing, programmable analog block, programmable digital blocks, and wired/wireless connectivity.
