3M 1U30A Series USB3 Vision Industrial Camera Cable Assemblies help deliver reliable transmission distance up to and beyond 7m - surpassing USB3 Vision® standard requirements. These cable assemblies feature USB Type A and USB Micro B connectors on a cable used for non-repetitive motion applications. The assemblies also bring added flexibility to machine vision designs. The Type A connector is thin, and Micro-B connectors are available in a variety of configurations, including straight, right-hand, left-hand, upward, and downward. These design options ensure that a reliable connection can be achieved even in tight or complex spaces. 3M 1U30A Series USB3 Vision Industrial Camera Cable Assemblies are ideal for industrial product design, industrial automation, and data transfer and storage applications.

USB3 Vision Industrial Camera Cable Assemblies

3M USB3 Vision® Industrial Camera Cable Assemblies are designed for the next generation of machine vision standards, with 5Gbps high-speed communication and compatibility across a wide variety of cameras and equipment. The USB3 Vision standard allows for fixed and dynamic multi-camera configuration and the transmission of high-speed, high-resolution data that can help reduce downtime and waste while offering quality assurance in a factory setting. In addition, USB3 Vision components provide an ideal option for a lower total system cost in industrial product designs where cameras are required. However, one drawback is that systems designed using the USB3 Vision standard are limited by the relatively short transmission distance of the cable assemblies, which is typically 3m to 5m.
