The MSL0601RGB LED operates with a 20mA forward current, 300mW power dissipation, and a 5V reverse voltage. This MSL0601RGB LED is available in dimensions of 2.9mm x 1mm x 1.35mm with an 1105 package. The MSL0601RGB LED operates from -40°C to 85°C temperature range and supports a -40°C to 100°C storage temperature range.
