The internal breakdown voltage is 40V, which is the maximum voltage that the Infineon BCR42xU LED driver IC can sustain. With no need for additional external components like inductors, capacitors, and freewheeling diodes, the Infineon BCR42xU LED drivers are a cost-efficient and PCB-area saving solution.

BCR Linear LED Drivers

Infineon BCR Linear LED Drivers are designed to drive LED currents from 10mA to 700mA, making them suitable for LEDs in general lighting applications. Infineon BCR linear LED drivers can be used to drive LED currents between 10mA and 250mA, preventing thermal runaway.
